Feasts Catering Co. was built on a foundation of discipline, service, and passion.
Founded by Alejandro Gonzalez, a proud U.S. Air Force veteran who served in Security Forces, the journey began with a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a deep sense of purpose. After his military service, Alejandro continued serving his community through law enforcement, carrying those same values into every aspect of his life. But beyond service, there was always a passion, food.
What started as a love for cooking at home grew into a relentless pursuit of mastering the craft. As a self-taught chef, Alejandro worked his way up through years of hands-on experience in kitchens, learning, adapting, and perfecting bold, flavorful dishes inspired by his Puerto Rican roots and global influences.
Together with his wife, Feasts Catering Co. was created to bring people together through food that feels like home, meals made with intention, culture, and heart.

Originally from Honduras, Yoheny has been cooking her entire life—what began as a simple hobby in the kitchen quickly grew into a true passion. Surrounded by tradition, family, and bold flavors, she developed a deep love for creating meals that bring comfort, connection, and joy.
Her cooking is rooted in authenticity, shaped by generations of recipes and hands-on experience. She specializes in desserts and baking, focusing on the details that give every dish that unmistakable homemade touch.
