At Feasts Catering Co., we take pride in preparing quality food and providing professional catering services for events throughout Charleston, Summerville, and the Lowcountry. Because catering requires planning, scheduling, food purchasing, preparation, staffing, and coordination, all orders and events are subject to the following terms.

Scope of Services
Feasts Catering Co. provides drop-off catering, standard catering, full-service catering, custom catering, weekly meal plates, private events, corporate events, weddings, family gatherings, and community events. Specific services, menus, and staffing levels for each event or order will be outlined in your quote, proposal, or invoice.

Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided by the client, including guest count, menu selections, event date, service style, delivery location, staffing needs, rentals, and any special requests. Pricing may change if guest count or event requirements change. Unless otherwise stated in writing: quotes are valid for a limited time; pricing may be adjusted due to market costs; taxes and service charges will be clearly listed.
Payments and Deposits
Feasts Catering Co. may require a deposit to secure an event date. Deposits are generally non-refundable once the event date is reserved. Final payment may be required before the event date depending on order size. If payment is not received by the due date: services may be paused or canceled, late fees may apply, or future bookings may require upfront payment.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may not be eligible for a refund. If preparation has started, clients may still be responsible for part or all of the order cost.

Quotes and Pricing

Order and Event Confirmation
An order is not fully confirmed until Feasts Catering Co. has received the required payment, deposit, or signed agreement. Clients are responsible for reviewing all order details including time, location, and guest count before confirming.
Payments and Deposits
Deposits are required to secure dates and begin planning. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Final payment may be required before the event date depending on order size. Services may be paused or canceled if payment deadlines are not met.
Accepted Payment Methods
Feasts Catering Co. accepts online invoices, debit cards, credit cards, bank transfers, or other approved payment methods. Any third-party processing fees or chargebacks may be the responsibility of the client as outlined in the service agreement.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed once food has been purchased, preparation has begun, staff has been scheduled, or services have already been provided. If a refund is approved, the amount and processing timeline may depend on the payment method, third-party payment processor, and circumstances of the order. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated early. Cancellations made less than 7 DAYS prior before the scheduled event may not be eligible for a refund. Client remains responsible for food already purchased or prepared.
Menu Changes
Menu changes are accepted depending on timing and service type. Last-minute adjustments result in additional charges. Specialty ingredients may not be changeable within fixed timeframes before events.
Rescheduling
Feasts Catering Co. makes every effort to accommodate rescheduling based on availability. Additional fees may apply for secured labor, ingredients, or rentals. If dates are unavailable, cancellation terms apply.
Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, or supply chain disruptions. Responsibility is limited to rescheduling or issuing partial credit as determined case-by-case.
